Dr. Shweta Sen Thalwal is the Founder & CEO of Integrum IP, a leading full-service Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) consultancy headquartered in Mohali, Punjab. A Registered Patent and Trademark Agent with the Government of India and a DPIIT-recognized Start-up Intellectual Property Facilitator, she brings deep expertise in patent search, drafting, prosecution, portfolio strategy, and IP commercialization. Her technical strength spans diverse fields including biotechnology, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, engineering, and IT innovations.
She has successfully guided MSMEs, start-ups, academic institutions, and government bodies in protecting innovations, building robust IP portfolios, and translating research into commercially viable assets. Beyond consultancy, she serves as a Visiting Faculty at reputed universities, delivering lectures and hands-on training on IPR, patent drafting, and filing procedures, bridging academic knowledge with industry practice.
With over a decade of professional and academic experience, Dr. Thalwal has conducted more than 100 workshops and faculty development programs (FDPs) across universities, research institutes, start-up incubators, and industry bodies, including programs organized under government initiatives such as NIPAM (National Intellectual Property Awareness Mission), National IP Yatra, and the Viksit Bharat National Outreach Mission (2025).
At the international level, she was one of only two Indians selected for the Japan Patent Office (JPO) IP Professional Training Program, underscoring her strong global orientation in intellectual property systems and international IP law.
