Dr Rajiv Bahl is a physician-scientist, with specialization in paediatrics (MD Pediatrics: University of Delhi) and public health (PhD: All India Institute of Medical Sciences). He has also received an Honorary Doctorate from University of Bergen, Norway, in 2022 in recognition of his contributions to maternal and child health research. He has 30 years of experience leading health research and translating research to public health policy both in India and at a global level.
Dr Bahl has held the position of Head of Research on Maternal, Newborn, Child and Adolescent Health at the World Health Organization (WHO), Geneva (2013-22). Prior to that, he was responsible for Newborn and Child Health research at WHO (2003-2012) and was a scientist in the ICMR Advanced Centre for Diarrheal Disease and Nutrition Research at All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) from 1994-2002.

Dr. Varinder Garg earned his MBBS, M.D (Radiology) from GMC Patiala and is currently OSD to Union Health Minister, Government of India and President PGIMER, Chandigarh and Principal Investigator ICMR-CIBioD. Dr. Garg has over 20 years of experience in the field of Radiology. He is the founder member of the society for Affordable Healthcare India. Dr. Varinder Garg conceived and organized the India Health Summit 2018. He is a member of different National & International scientific committees.

Professor in Computer Science & Engineering, Panjab University & Co-founder Telecom Research Laboratory in PU. Awarded Visvesvaraya Fellowship by the Media Lab Asia, Govt. of India. Completed 08 funded projects like Digital Kisan, CPSD, Satellite Based Identification of Active Fire Location. Developed VoIP product named ‘Nah-Sanchar’ with funding from MeitY, Govt. of India.

Professor at Department of Gastroenterology, PGIMER, Chandigarh. His areas of research are pancreaticobiliary diseases and therapeutic endoscopy. Multiple accolades have been bestowed on him, including the Don Wilson Award, Postgraduate grants by European Society, Young Clinician Award and Young Scientist Medal for significant contributions in research in gastroenterology.
